An air handler, or air handling unit, is a device used to regulate and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning system. An air handler is usually a large metal box containing a blower, heating or cooling elements filter racks or chambers, sound attenuators, and dampers.
The AHU is used to control the following parameters of the space.
Temperature
Humidity
Air Movement
Air Cleanliness
Typical Application is at Paint shop, Powder coating area, Office and factory area.
Single/ double air filtration with cooling
Ducting with UV protected insulation
VFD controlled cooling.
Dust free environment
Fresh and filtered air supply
Cooling effect
Heat pump works on proven principal known as vapour compression and refrigeration cycle. It works exactly the same way as common refrigerator works.
Heat pump consists of 4 modules; Compressor, Expansion Valve and Two Heat Exchangers, one is to absorb heat from heat source and other is to reject the source.
Efficiency of heat pump is termed as Coefficient of Performance. Approx. 75% energy needed for heating come from environment. It means for every 1 KWh of electricity used to power heat pump up-to 4 KWh of heat energy is produced.
Lower Running Cost
Less Maintenance
Safety
Less Carbon emission
Provide Cooling
Long Life Span
Typical Application
Hotel & Resort
Hospital
Hostel
Housing complex
Swimming Pool heating
